Applauded for passion, perspective and values, MVS Prasad, the Founder & CEO of Prashaste, brings along 3 decades of multi industry and functional expertise with hospitality, FMCG, auto manufacturing, auto distribution and auto retailing.

An executive MBA from IIM Calcutta, Mr. Prasad has worked with blue-chip companies including Hindustan Unilever (HUL), Tata Motors (TML), and has served as the CFO of two TATA group companies.

Deepak V

Executive Director

An IIM Calcutta alumnus, Deepak worked in different roles in sales, finance and consulting domains before jumping into entrepreneurship.

This journey first saw him driving channel sales of trucks & buses at Tata Motors. Post his MBA, as a banker at Axis Bank he was appraising billion-dollar worth infrastructure projects.

Itching to jump into entrepreneurship, Deepak first dabbled with two small ventures before joining Prashaste in 2011.

At Prashaste, Deepak has played pivotal role in establishing People Solutions practice comprising services including training, people assessments, e-learning, process design, content development, PMS & coaching. He also pioneered the concept of 'implementation based learning programs' that has become the chosen platform for leading organizations to drive performance improvement.

He also led expansion of the company across sectors e-commerce, lubricants,
agro-chemical and others (retail, healthcare, etc.)

He is an acclaimed trainer in different fields of sales, service, business leadership, distribution management and profitability. 

Amit Sharan Jain

COO

Amit brings with him 14+ years of experience and a sharp focus on customer value creation through leadership, innovation, relationship-building and tight execution.

An IIM-Calcutta and Delhi College of Engineering alumnus, Amit has worked in different roles across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance functions. He is also a respected trainer and has trained channel leaders across multiple blue-chip companies.

Prior to Prashaste, Amit was a management consultant at Accenture and Director Finance at Snapdeal. During these stints, he successfully delivered transformational engagements across areas including operating model restructuring, process transformation, cost optimization, technology transformation and outsourcing. He also has cross-cultural experience having worked in India, South-East Asia and the US.

Shubhadeep Roy

E-Learning Head

A graduate of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta, Shubhadeep has a decade’s experience in learning and development. He is also actively associated with the premier theatre group Nandikar and is the author of a photography book titled The Country Within.

At Prashaste, he consciously strives to bring together his exposure to the world of creative arts and his business acumen together to create effective learning pedagogy and content.

As writer and director, Shubhadeep leads Prashaste's E-Learning vertical. He is innovating the corporate E-Learning space by integrating education with entertainment and making it customized, relevant and holistic for the target audience, a la Learnflix. Shubhadeep is also a passionate trainer and a meticulous assessor.
