The content and style of your presentation has been highly appreciated by all. You are on board for all dealer profitability programmes. Good job done. I believe your potential is much higher. You deserve all accolades.
Just about a year back, I should say I suffered from a phobia of finance and financial reports, and now look at me. I owe Mr Prasad a big thanks for helping me reach this position.
I hope there are more individuals like MVS who possess flair for teaching and knowledge base, both theoretical and practical, to share. His passion to teach is truly outstanding.
The reason we named you 'Guru‘, is that you bring a combination of 'hands on' approach and an ability to translate complex business concepts into simple practical tools.

At Prashaste, it’s all about the attitude. If you show the willingness to participate and learn, your designation or inexperience (if you are a fresh-out-of-college hire like I was) will not come in the way of your ideas being heard and implemented. On some projects, I worked directly with the Chairman & Executive Director and routinely interacted with client hierarchies right from sales personnel to the CEO. This exposure to a wide spectrum of people, sectors and challenges helped me develop, both on professional and personal fronts.
Prashaste offers a phenomenal learning curve for professionals with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Having joined Prashaste as a fresher right out of college with absolutely no clue of business, I have undergone a transformation so extensive that on introspection, I cannot recognise myself from few years ago. With a close knit team and high focus on values, Prashaste provides an environment for creativity to flourish and opportunities for infinite growth!
At Prashaste we have learnt that who you are is not important but what you do is. Prashaste has given us a platform where we could realize our potential. They have motivated me, inspired me to do new creative things everyday and also given me confidence. Prashaste has got something new to offer everyday. Their confidence in individuals, technical insights, and value based system is extraordinary and serves as an inspiration to anyone wanting to create a mark in the industry.
Internship experience was an eye-opener as I worked on live project which is unheard of among my batch mates. Learning curve was steep and for the first time, I got the taste of industry standards and expectations. I would recommend Prashaste to anyone who is not afraid of hard work and has desire to drive results. No hierarchy could be seen when it comes to presenting your own ideas or taking ownership of bigger responsibility.
